Patrick Shaughnessy
Patrick is a Chartered Project Manager with over 20 year’s experience in the property and construction sectors. Prior to joining Quantum, he was a project director at Richmond Homes and Berkeley Group in London.
With a strong understanding of design and construction delivery, Patrick informs the team with strategic advice to ensure schemes are both viable and deliverable. Patrick has a proven track record of managing the delivery of large mixed use multi-phased developments, with experience across all aspects of the delivery cycle from acquisition, through planning & optimisation, detailed design, programme and budget management & project delivery. Patrick supports the delivery process to ensure that, at the end of the day, schemes get delivered on time, on budget and an exceptional quality product is delivered.
Patrick graduated with a First Class BSc (Hons) Construction Management degree from ATU Galway. Patrick’s background is in both traditional fixed price contracting with a strong emphasis on design and build, as well as management contracting and construction management. Patrick loves a challenge and enjoys working as part of a team on challenging mixed use & complex multi-phased projects.
