Gavin Mitchell
Gavin Mitchell is the Group Head of Development with responsibility for all aspects of the development process from acquisition to sales.
He is a Chartered Quantity Surveyor with over 25 years experience in the property and construction sectors. Prior to joining Quantum, he acted as Asset and Development Manager on behalf of a major US investment fund on their Irish portfolio in addition to similar functions for national investment & development groups.
He started his career in the industry as a QS Director at one of the country’s foremost Cost Consultancies. He has amassed extensive experience in all aspects of real estate and finance on all asset classes.
