Cynthia Dijksman
Cynthia brings extensive experience in human resources within the construction industry.
She develops and implements HR strategies that support the company's growth and align with business objectives, overseeing recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance to foster a positive workplace culture. Prior to joining Quantum, Cynthia worked in construction and utilities, collaborating with cross-functional teams to address industry challenges. She has managed recruitment for large projects, overseen workforce planning, and developed apprenticeship programs. Her experience includes working in unionised environments, facilitating collaboration between management and employees.
A certified Mental Health First Aider, Cynthia promotes employee wellbeing and is fluent in two languages, enhancing her communication across diverse teams. She holds a BSc (Hons) in Human Resource Management, is a member of the CIPD, and has completed certifications in HR essentials, payroll, and advanced business intelligence reporting. With a strong track record of aligning HR initiatives with business goals, Cynthia is dedicated to building a skilled and motivated workforce that drives success at Quantum.
