Christopher is currently Managing Director in the UK Investment Banking division at HSBC Bank plc, having joined in December 2021.
Christopher has over 17 years’ investment banking experience advising clients on public and private M&A, leveraged finance, equity capital markets, risk solutions and general corporate matters
Christopher has advised on many recent high profile transactions spanning a variety of sectors, including advising Morrison’s on the sale of its petrol forecourt business to MFG for $3.2bn, advising Wincanton plc on its sale to GXO for $0.9bn and advising Stonegate Pub Company on its acquisition of EI Group plc for $3.7bn
Christopher has a first class MA (Hons) degree in Architectural Design from The University of Edinburgh
