Rob Carty
A graduate of Civil Engineering from Dublin Institute of Technology Bolton Street, Rob has over 30 years’ experience in the construction and development sectors.
Rob joined Quantum in August 2025 as Construction Director. He is responsible for all on site construction activity within the group and oversees compliance with building and safety regulations. Prior to joining Quantum, he held the position of Construction Director and Head of Construction Management in a large Irish residential property development company.
Rob has 25 years’ experience working with top tier one main contractors in Ireland. Over the course of his career, he has ensured the successful delivery of a large range of construction projects across all sectors of the construction industry including Residential, Commercial, Educational, Stadium, Industrial, Retail, Hotel & Leisure. Rob brings his vast knowledge of construction management and delivery focus to his role, ensuring successful projects across all Quantum sites.
