David Purtell
David Purtell leads the Design Management function at Quantum, bringing over 20 years of experience guiding developments from concept to delivery.
Working closely with our in-house planning, development, commercial, and sales teams, as well as architects, engineers, and other stakeholders, David reviews designs and identifies opportunities for improvement and optimisation. David also develops and maintains briefing templates and design guidance documents, promoting consistency, innovation, and high-quality outcomes across projects.
David holds B.Sc. (Hons) degrees in Architectural Technology and Construction Economics & Management, combining his expertise to bridge creative design with practical delivery and ensure projects are executed efficiently, sustainably, and to the highest standards.
