Cian is a Chartered Surveyor with extensive planning and development management experience.
With experience delivering multiple medium- to large-scale projects across both the private and public sectors, Cian brings invaluable expertise to the team.
Cian’s role in Quantum is delivering a wide variety of significant projects closely managing key development stakeholders including Funders, Local Authorities and Approved Housing Bodies from inception right through to completion.
Cian holds post graduate diplomas in Project Management and Construction Innovation from Trinity College Dublin and University of Galway respectively.
