Cathal Cormican
Cathal is a Development Manager working across a wide range of development projects, through the lifecycle, from acquisition to delivery.
With over 18 years’ experience in the property industry, Cathal brings expertise in development management, investment, asset management and finance from roles in the Developer, Institutional, Private Equity and Banking sectors.
Prior to joining Quantum, Cathal held Development & Acquisition Director and Development Manager roles, working across a range of asset classes including residential, office, PBSA, retail, hospitality and mixed-use in the Irish, UK and mainland Europe markets.
Cathal holds a masters in Finance & Capital Markets and a degree in Economics & Finance.
